Dr. Jonathan Berant, Dr. Shiri Chechik and Prof. Daniel Deutch received the ERC Starting Grants recipients for 2018
We are thrilled and delighted to inform you that three of our faculty members have received the ERC Starting Grants for 2018:
>> Dr. Jonathan Berant, for his project: "Computing Answers to Complex Questions in Broad Domains"
>> Dr Shiri Chechik, for her project: "The Power of Randomization in Uncertain Environments"
>> Prof. Daniel Deutch, for his project: "Provenance for Data-Intensive Systems"
The prestigious ERC Starting Grant is awarded to talented early-career scientists who have already produced excellent supervised work, are ready to work independently, and who have shown potential to be a research leader.
It is truly remarkable that this year our school boasts three recipients. What an impressive achievement!
Congratulations, Jonathan, Shiri and Daniel. We are all extremely proud of you!
