The graduate program in the Department of Particle Physics combines introductory and advanced courses in particle physics with research at the frontier of the field.

A student's course of study is determined in consultation with his or her advisor. Generally, in addition to the required core courses of the School of Physics and Astronomy,  the student must take the mandatory courses of the Department of Particle Physics. Changes from this scheme, when required by the student’s research, must be approved by the student’s thesis adviser and by the Department’s graduate studies adviser, currently Prof. Amit Sever.

The Department welcomes international students. Graduate courses are taught in English as needed, to accommodate any student who is not a Hebrew speaker.

Please see the graduate study page of the School of Physics and Astronomy for additional details.
