Prof. Carmit Levy, of the Department of Human Genetics and Biochemistry (Medicine) and Edmond J. Safra affiliate, was interviewed by the Israeli newspaper Yediot Ahronot for the International Women's Day.
Prof. Levy heads the Melanoma Research Laboratory. In the interview she talks about a treatment developed in her lab to halt the development of the disease before it becomes fatal. She says she never felt "a glass ceiling" as a woman.
